Rating the draft 10 minutes after it finishes is a pointless, stupid exercise. It’s something all fans hear and somewhat know, and yet we still watch for Mel Kiper’s ratings of each team. I’m sorry though, I just can’t buy it.
From all accounts, the Titans ended up with a good draft. People are claiming it’s one of the best drafts they have had in awhile. This may be entirely possible, but how in the hell do we know?

The Emperor has no clothes
The NFL Draft is essentially people who don’t really know anything talking about nothing, then some more nothing happens, and they continue to talk about nothing and further prove they don’t know anything. I’m pretty sure that Jon Gruden loved every single pick made in the first 5 rounds.
I love the Titans and I want to know who they drafted, but I didn’t watch one second of draft coverage and I know as much as every fan who watched all 12 hours that was televised. I like Derrick Morgan. I think Curran could be a very solid starter. But I don’t know any of this and neither does anybody else. So let’s just sit back and see if the Titans really did have a good draft, instead of anointing it 5 months before football even starts again.
Also, baseball sucks.
